Help women in your community understand what they’re carrying — and build a plan for it. On your terms. Full time or part time.
Most women who sell insurance sell products. An AVYA Saathi sells clarity.
You’re not walking into a room with a policy brochure. You’re walking in as someone who understands risk, knows the gaps, and can help another woman see her real picture. That’s a different conversation — and a more valuable one.
AVYA trains you, certifies you, and powers you with tools that make every conversation more informed. You become the expert your community has been looking for — whether that’s your neighbourhood, your professional network, your former colleagues, or your industry.
AVYA is built to help women see their real picture — as a consumer via Money at Risk, or as a community expert via the Saathi programme. The For Women side is the product. This is the practitioner track.
There’s no single profile. We’ve seen:
What they have in common: they want to be experts, not salespeople.
Periodic training on risk management, protection planning, and the products behind them. You learn the framework first — how to reduce risk, what to retain, when to transfer. Products come second. AVYA’s certification is an internal training credential, not an insurance licence — product solicitation begins only once you hold or operate under the required valid authorisation.
A digital tool that powers every client conversation. Your client’s picture, their gaps, their priorities — all in one place before you speak to them. You walk in prepared, not guessing. Every conversation is more informed. Every recommendation is grounded in their actual situation.
Fixed retainer plus incentive structure. Full time or part time — you decide how much you build. The more you grow your practice, the more you earn. Whether you want a focused insurance advisor women India practice or something built around a few deep relationships, the model supports both.
Fill in a short form. Tell us a little about yourself and what draws you to this. No CV required at this stage. No formal application. Just a conversation starter.
AVYA reviews your expression of interest and invites you to an orientation session. No pressure, no commitment yet. You’ll learn what the role actually looks like before you decide anything.
You go through AVYA’s internal certification programme — risk framework, products, tools, and how to have the right conversation. At the end, you’re certified as an AVYA Saathi — an internal training credential, not an IRDAI licence. Any required regulatory authorisation is arranged separately before you solicit or sell any product.
With your first clients, your Agent tool, and AVYA behind you — risk conversations and awareness-building start immediately, and product solicitation begins once your required authorisation is in place. Full time or part time, on your schedule. You build the practice. We support it.
Tell us a little about yourself. We’ll take it from there.
Express your interest → No commitment at this stage. We’ll reach out to tell you more.An AVYA Saathi helps women understand their real protection picture — across income, health, home, life, business, and future. You have conversations, use the AVYA Agent tool to map their situation, and guide them toward the right actions. You are an expert and an advisor, not a product pusher.
No. AVYA trains you from the ground up. Some Saathis come from insurance. Others come from finance, from homemaking, from completely different careers. What matters is whether you genuinely want to help women in your community — and whether you’re willing to learn the framework properly.
Both. You decide. Some Saathis build a full-time practice. Others work part time around existing commitments. The structure supports both.
Fixed retainer plus incentive. Your income grows as your practice grows. Details are discussed during the orientation session.
Express your interest using the button on this page. AVYA will reach out to schedule an orientation call — no commitment required at that stage.
