Build protection around women’s health, income and livelihoods.
Work with AVYA to design and deliver technology-backed protection for women — from cancer, pregnancy and menopause to income disruption, asset loss and climate shocks. Embedded insurance is one delivery model. Financial resilience is the outcome.
- Women-centric by design
- Technology-backed delivery
- Backed by IIMA Ventures
Access to finance should not be undone by one financial shock.
Credit, savings, employment, enterprise and productive assets help women build income and independence. A health event, caregiving responsibility, interruption to work, loss of an asset or climate shock can consume savings, increase debt and interrupt the livelihood that finance was meant to strengthen.
Health, income, livelihoods and climate do not arrive as separate portfolios.
Cancer & serious illness
Look beyond hospital treatment to screening, diagnostics, travel, recovery, caregiving and time away from work.
Pregnancy & maternal health
Bring consultations, delivery, complications, newborn care, income interruption and policy limits into one picture.
Peri-menopause & menopause
Examine changing health needs, out-of-pocket costs, work impact and both insurance and non-insurance support.
Income & livelihoods
Protect earnings, productive assets and commitments when illness, caregiving or disruption stops work.
Climate-linked shocks
Understand how heat, flood, rainfall variation and storms can affect health, assets, workdays, debt and recovery together.
Digital & business risks
Address fraud, cyber loss, liability, interruption and gaps between personal and business protection.
Work through institutions women already know and use.
MFIs, NBFCs & inclusive finance
Add understandable, consent-led protection to financial journeys without designing only around the loan.
SHGs & livelihood networks
Design around members’ incomes, productive assets, household responsibilities and local climate exposure.
Healthtechs & care ecosystems
Build financial navigation around cancer, fertility, maternity, diagnostics, menopause and recovery.
NGOs, foundations & development partners
Translate programme insight into practical protection models, delivery journeys and measurable outcomes.
Employers & CSR programmes
Move beyond awareness or a generic group policy to health, income, caregiving and livelihood resilience.
Insurers & risk carriers
Configure existing products, or co-design contextual protection where a genuine market gap remains.
Deploy AVYA. Engage Protector IQ. Or combine both.
Deploy AVYA
A customer-facing, women-centric platform: Money at Risk, Protection Score, Ask AVYA, insurance understanding, relevant product access, licensed human handoff, servicing and claims support.
Institutional capabilityEngage Protector IQ
An institutional capability: insurance consulting, product and system design, programme architecture, research, implementation, and Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance advisory.
Either can be engaged independently, or both together: Protector IQ can design a protection system, and AVYA can help people understand, access and use it.
From observed risk to protection that can work in practice.
Understand the exposure
Use Money at Risk, the Protection Score, partner insight and field evidence to identify priority losses.
Design the response
Decide what should be reduced, retained, supported through a programme or transferred through insurance.
Build the journey
Create an AVYA-led, co-branded or white-labelled experience for education, consent, enrolment and support.
Connect licensed help
Bring appropriately licensed professionals or entities into solicitation and placement where requested.
Strengthen claim readiness
Make evidence requirements, responsibilities and the claims-support pathway visible before enrolment.
Measure resilience
Track understanding, persistent gaps, assistance, claims experience and recovery — not premium volume alone.
Start with the women, the shock and the outcome.
Women’s cancer financial resilience
Connect care pathways, coverage interpretation, recovery costs, income interruption and claims assistance.
Pregnancy & maternity protection
Clarify policy limits, likely out-of-pocket costs, complications, newborn needs and what must be planned outside insurance.
Peri-menopause & menopause support
Connect care navigation with coverage, out-of-pocket costs, work impact and employer or financial-support options.
Climate-resilient SHG livelihoods
Map health, workdays, assets, livestock, inventory and debt, then combine risk reduction and suitable risk transfer.
MFI or NBFC borrower resilience
Design around events that interrupt income or repayment, and explain existing embedded cover, exclusions and gaps.
Women entrepreneur continuity
Connect personal health and caregiving with cyber, liability, assets, employees and business continuity.
One population. One risk context. One measurable outcome.
- Listen to the women and the institutions already serving them.
- Map the health, income, livelihood, asset, debt and climate exposure.
- Identify the limits of existing benefits, informal responses and insurance.
- Design the protection and service model with relevant partners and risk carriers.
- Test the digital and human journey with a defined cohort.
- Measure understanding, access, service, claims experience and recovery outcomes.

Straight answers.
Is AVYA only an embedded-insurance technology provider?
No. AVYA can provide embedded journeys, but the work starts with understanding the risk and the intended outcome. Where the underlying insurance, financing or operating model still needs to be designed, Protector IQ can lead the consulting and innovation work.
Is AVYA only for women?
Women are AVYA’s primary design lens and the centre of its inclusion work. The same infrastructure can also support families, workforces, livelihoods and other underserved customer groups.
Does every programme need a new insurance product?
No. AVYA first examines existing benefits, products, risk-reduction measures and support systems. New product work is considered only when a genuine gap remains, and it requires an insurer or authorised risk carrier.
Can this work through an MFI, NBFC or SHG network?
Yes, subject to informed consent, suitable products, data safeguards and the relevant licensed operating model. The journey should be designed around the woman and her livelihood — not only the credit relationship.
