AVYA is a product of Consofella Fintech Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
What data we collect
When you use the AVYA Continuity Assessment (Uncover) or the Connect form, we may collect:
- Assessment responses: Your answers to the continuity assessment questions. Used only to calculate your score and generate your report. They do not identify you unless you also provide your email.
- Email address and name (optional): Only if you choose to provide them. Used to send your AVYA Continuity Report and, with your explicit consent, occasional AVYA updates.
- Contact form data: Name, email, phone (optional), and any message you provide. Used only to respond to your enquiry.
- Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address and browser type. Used for security and site performance only.
How we use your data
- To generate and display your continuity score and priority actions
- To send your AVYA Continuity Report (if you provided your email)
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the Connect page
- To send occasional AVYA updates (only with your explicit consent)
- To improve the assessment using aggregated, anonymised data
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to any third party
- We do not share your data with insurers, brokers, or third parties without your explicit consent
- We do not use your data for automated decisions affecting your legal rights
- We do not send marketing communications without your explicit opt-in
Data storage and security
Data is stored securely via Netlify (form submissions) and EmailJS (email delivery). Both are GDPR-compliant services. Data is stored on servers located outside India — disclosed in accordance with DPDP Act 2023 cross-border transfer provisions.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
