AVYA is operated by Consofella Fintech Private Limited (“Consofella”, “AVYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an insurance-technology and personal risk-management company. AVYA provides personal risk-management and insurance decision support. It helps users understand financial-risk exposure, policy features and potentially suitable Health products using the information they share and the current product information available in AVYA’s trained database.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use AVYA. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials and OTP confidential, and for all activity under your account.
AVYA currently offers:
Paid Full Picture, AVYA Live and Benefits Wallet are currently paused and are not part of the services available to you at this time. We will update this page if and when that changes.
Money at Risk is an estimate and prioritisation aid. It is not a prediction of an actual loss and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular event will or will not occur.
Ask AVYA may discuss named Health products, policy clauses and coverage features where sufficiently current trained information is available. Product information can change. If adequate information is not available, AVYA should acknowledge that limitation rather than guess. Ask AVYA is an AI-assisted tool and can make mistakes; it does not replace advice from a licensed insurance professional, a doctor, or a qualified financial adviser where that advice is needed.
AVYA’s product-matching logic does not collect or use commission or remuneration data as a ranking factor. Matching is based on the information shared by the user and the products and information available in AVYA’s current database. AVYA does not claim its database includes every Health product available in India.
When you use Policy Audit, the document you upload is processed to generate the requested response and is not retained after that response is generated. We may keep the insurer name, product name and sum insured in your account to support your Money at Risk calculation and continuing personalised analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit to Policy Audit.
Ask AVYA may discuss named Health products, policy clauses and coverage features where sufficiently current trained information is available. Product information can change, and AVYA’s trained database may not include every product available in India. If adequate information is not available for a product you ask about, AVYA should say so rather than guess.
If you choose to proceed with an insurance product, you may request a consultation with a licensed insurance professional. Human consultation is optional and is not required merely to ask Ask AVYA a product-level question.
Any insurance solicitation or procurement is undertaken by the licensed insurance professional in their applicable authorised capacity. The professional should identify their applicable authorisation before beginning a regulated purchase consultation.
A licensed insurance professional involved in a purchase may receive commission from the insurer in accordance with their applicable appointment and regulations. Such remuneration is separate from AVYA’s product-matching logic and is not used to rank products. Consofella does not currently receive insurance commission directly.
Insurer underwriting, complete and accurate disclosure, the proposal form, the issued policy schedule and the final policy wording remain decisive. AVYA does not guarantee policy issuance, underwriting acceptance, coverage, insurer performance or payment of a claim.
If you proceed with an insurance product, you are responsible for giving complete and accurate information in any proposal or disclosure you make to the insurer or the licensed professional handling your purchase. Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure can affect underwriting decisions and claim outcomes, and is a matter between you, the insurer and the licensed professional involved — not something AVYA controls.
AVYA does not guarantee that any application will be accepted, that any policy will be issued, that any event will be covered, or that any claim will be paid. These outcomes depend on the insurer, the terms of the specific policy, and the facts of the situation.
Ask AVYA's responses are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational purposes. They may be incomplete, out of date, or occasionally incorrect, and should not be treated as legal, medical, investment or definitive financial advice. Please verify important details against the insurer's current product literature, your policy document, or a licensed insurance professional before relying on them.
You agree not to misuse AVYA’s services, including by attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform; uploading documents you do not have the right to share; impersonating another person; or using AVYA for any unlawful purpose.
